1.ED- OF is a Nigerian indigenous company registered in 1987-Reg.No.RC98928. ED-OF started as a Supply I Procurement Company for Oil land Gas Industry in Niger Delta of Nigeria.
Within a short period of serving as a sub-contractor to DellattreBezons (DBN),NISSCO, Warri Rifining and Petro chemical co ltd. and TechnipItaly /Comerint consortium, Chrome Oil Services Ltd, Ingrosoll Dresser Pumps France ,ED-OF has gradually grown into a major Engineering Company in the Oil and Gas Industry .
Our Major clients are SPDC ,CHEVRON/ TEXACO, AGIP, WRPC, NGC and NDDC (formally OMPADEC).
ED-OF specializations are in the field of Oil and Gas Services covering Welding & Fabrication, pipeline and flow lines installation and cleaning, Tank Building and Rehabilitation, Plant Turn-Around Maintenance, Pipe Insulation/ Cladding; and building of Mechanical and Civil Structures.
In the past twenty Five years ED-OF has executed many projects in the Niger Delta particularly in there vampof Warri Refinery and invarious expansion projects in Chevron, Escravos Terminal and EGP3 at Escravos as sub-contractor to HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES CO.LTD (HHI ).
Our years of association and working with Warri Refinery Petro chemical Company have gained us a wide range of experience in Cathodic Protection, Heat Exchangers, Insulation Cladding, Air cooler, Scaffolding, Painting, refractory , corrosion works etc.
